• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the platform
• To use any robot, spider, or automated device to access the platform

5. Intellectual Property

The platforms and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Salvador Garibay Media LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the platforms. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

7. Disclaimers

The platforms are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Salvador Garibay Media LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platforms
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platforms
• Any content obtained from the platforms
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the platforms are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support@salvadorgaribaymedia.com.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. For refund requests, please contact the respective app store directly.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platforms will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
