This pilot deploys two interoperable software tools designed to reduce administrative friction in employment and affordable housing systems. Many eligible residents fail to access opportunities not because of ineligibility, but due to fragmented processes, incomplete documentation, and missed deadlines.

- Target: Job seekers & Housing applicants
