All job applications are submitted directly by you to employers. All hiring decisions are made solely by employers.
1. Service Description
Centra Path is a productivity software platform that provides:
- Resume and cover letter storage and organization
- AI-assisted document generation and editing
- Job application tracking and management tools
- Skills analysis and career insights
- Workflow automation and reminders
2. What We Are NOT
Centra Path Does NOT:
- •Provide employment placement, recruiting, or staffing services
- •Guarantee job interviews, offers, or employment outcomes
- •Negotiate salaries or employment terms on your behalf
- •Charge placement fees, success fees, or contingency fees
- •Act as your agent, representative, or employment intermediary
- •Verify job listings, screen employers, or vet opportunities
- •Provide career counseling, coaching, or professional advice
3. AI-Generated Content
Centra Path uses AI technology (powered by OpenAI) to assist with resume and cover letter generation. Important considerations:
- AI-generated content is based on your input and profile information
- You must review and verify all AI-generated content for accuracy
- AI suggestions are recommendations, not professional advice
- You are solely responsible for the content you submit to employers
- We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of AI-generated materials
4. User Responsibilities
When using Centra Path, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and documents
- Review and edit all AI-generated content before submission
- Submit all job applications yourself directly to employers
- Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or credentials
- Conduct your own research on employers and opportunities
- Not use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
5. Subscription and Pricing
Centra Path offers both free and paid subscription tiers:
- Free Tier: Basic features with limited AI usage
- Pro Subscription: $9.99/month or $79.99/year with unlimited AI features
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Billing is handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be directed to the respective app store.
Important: You are charged for software access and features, NOT for employment outcomes, job placements, or career success.
6. Third-Party Job Listings
If Centra Path displays job listings from third-party sources:
- We do not create, verify, or endorse these listings
- We are not responsible for the accuracy or legitimacy of listings
- You should independently verify all opportunities
- We do not screen employers or validate job postings
- Report suspicious or fraudulent listings to support@salvadorgaribaymedia.com
7. Data and Privacy
