• Multi-language support (English, Spanish, Chinese)
• Direct routing to official housing application portals

• Is for educational and organizational purposes only
• Should not be considered legal, financial, or professional advice

The AMI eligibility checker provides estimates based on the information you provide:

5. Apply Button — Official Portals

When you tap "Apply" in AMI NYC, you are sent to an official NYC housing portal (e.g., housingconnect.nyc.gov). This is intentional. AMI NYC does not handle your application, collect your application data, or participate in the lottery process in any way.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Billing is handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be directed to the respective app store.
